Top 5 Play Pass Games on iOS in Africa Q3 2022

In Q3 2022, the performance of the top 5 Play Pass games on the iOS platform in Africa exhibited interesting trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here are the highlights based on Sensor Tower data.

LEGO® DUPLO® WORLD showed a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $492 in early August. Weekly downloads saw a significant drop from 787 in early July to 320 by the end of September. Active users maintained a relatively stable range, fluctuating between 1.0K and 1.4K throughout the quarter.

Hungry Shark Evolution experienced a peak in weekly revenue at around $623 in mid-September. Downloads saw a notable increase, reaching a high of 1.7K in the same period. Active users also trended upwards, peaking at approximately 16.1K during mid-September, indicating a strong user engagement.

Disney Coloring World recorded a peak in weekly revenue at $423 in early August. Downloads were highest in the same period, reaching 2.1K. Active users also showed a significant increase, peaking at 4.8K during early August before stabilizing around 3.5K towards the end of September.

Pixel Art － Color by Number exhibited moderate revenue peaks with the highest at $352 in early August. Weekly downloads showed a spike at 619 in late August. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging between 5.1K and 6.1K throughout the quarter.

Spaceflight Simulator had a steady performance in terms of revenue, peaking at $148 in mid-September. Downloads were highest in the final week of the quarter, reaching 64. Active users saw a gradual decline from 191 at the start of the quarter to 122 by the end of September.
